Fun Bachelorette Party Ideas

There are many great ways to make your bachelorette party enjoyable. From fun themes to hilarious games, we are sure to have an idea that you will find appealing.

Decorations!

If the bachelorette party is being organized by a wedding planner, then of course they would be in charge of all the decorations. Be careful, though, as this may entail quite a bit of extra cost. If you’re on a budget, you might prefer to have the party somewhere you are able to decorate by yourself, like a hotel room or other venue.
You can make the party venue beautiful, cute or romantic (or a mixture of the three) with some well-placed decorations. Balloons, tassels and garlands can all be used to create the right atmosphere. If you have a specific theme, then the way you decorate will naturally depend on this.

Games, games and more games!

When it comes to party games, there are a number of ideas that you can download from the internet, and these do not have to cost a lot of money. Plenty of them are even free – like bachelorette dare cards. These cards each have a challenge on them, so for instance, it may dare you to do a cartwheel or dance on a table, and so on. These are sure to get you and your guests laughing and is very entertaining for any spectators. Another rather hilarious game is to place small items that the bride would actually use in some socks then each person has to guess what is in the sock but only using their feet.
The manhunt is one more activity but, as the name implies, you would have to go where there are men. It’s a scratchcard type of scavenger hunt where you need to find a man who has a beard, is over a certain age and so on. In the end, you are searching for men with specific traits.

What about the theme?

There are lots of themes that you can choose for a bachelorette party depending on your bride. For a country girl, a western theme might be appropriate. You can all wear cowboy hats and boots and decorate the location accordingly. It is relatively easy to find western themed party gear such as cowboy boot shaped shot glasses and even temporary tattoos.
Another fun theme, especially if you are living somewhere where it is quite cold, is to have a tropical theme. You could decorate the surroundings with palm trees and hibiscus flowers. A good idea is to order banners with the Hawaiian “Aloha” on them. You could even give out the multicolored Hawaiian leis and everyone could get a pair of crazy sunglasses to wear. It might also be a good idea to get balloons in the shapes of pineapples to go along with this theme. These are some fun ideas for a bachelorette party. Probably your first decision should be where you will have the party and then you can work on the theme, decorations and games.
